System Maintenance (EzyParcels/Ezy2Ship)

QS Countries impacted: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that we are upgrading our EzyParcels/Ezy2Ship systems which requires a system downtime for 3 hours on 3rd February 2021 (Wednesday) 2300hrs until 4th February 2021 (Thursday) 0200hrs, Singapore Time (GMT+8).

In addition, to ensure business continuity and system maintenance, please expect additional downtimes, as follows:

1. 6th February (Saturday) 2300hrs – 7th February 2021 (Sunday) 0200hrs (GMT+8)

2. 27th February (Saturday) 2300hrs – 28th February 2021 (Sunday) 0200hrs (GMT+8)

During these periods, the EzyParcels/Ezy2Ship system will not be available and please refrain from triggering your shipments.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.
