Our client, headquartered in Europe with no physical store in Asia, wanted to capitalise on the growing eCommerce trends in Asia for premium health, personal care, and beauty products.
They were looking for an experienced eCommerce logistics partner that could facilitate the consolidation of orders across Asia, manage cross-border custom requirements and shipment efficiently, as well as offer multiple last mile delivery options to their eCommerce customers.
Serving as the client’s Asian logistics partner, Quantium Solutions provided a hybrid delivery solution that leverages both its commercial and postal delivery networks. Through this hybrid solution, all orders to Asia were consolidated and shipped from one city in Europe.
Quantium Solutions served as a customs broker, helping the client to meet local import requirements, obtain relevant approvals, and submit required documentation and payments. Across the 8 markets in Asia, Quantium Solutions managed a variety of last mile delivery options for the convenience of the client’s eCommerce customers.
The client successfully reached previously untapped markets in Asia at reduced risks and operating costs by collaborating with Quantium Solutions.
Additionally, they gained a dedicated team who could assist them with end- to-end delivery requirements in 8 different markets.
