Our client, headquartered in Europe, is a global fashion retailer with physical stores located all over the world. At that time, they did not have an online store presence and had limited reach to customers in Asia.
The client wanted to expand their reach into Asia as well as create a great experience for eCommerce customers without incurring high operational costs in maintaining or managing a warehouse.
Scalability was also a key focus for the client as they wanted to expand their business. Hence, they would require logistics solutions that can handle seasonal peak periods without negatively impacting the customer experience.
Quantium Solutions provided a low-cost and low-risk eCommerce logistics solution that did not involve a costly infrastructure set-up.
Working closely with the client team, Quantium Solutions delivered a turnkey solution covering warehousing, fulfilment, last mile delivery, and returns management.
This solution enabled the client to consolidate orders from one Asian
city, ship out from another city, process the bulk shipment received, and arrange last mile delivery to customers via doorstep delivery or through the convenience of a parcel locker for easy pick-ups.
For any customer returns, Quantium Solutions consolidated all the returns and worked with the client to return them via batch shipments to the client’s warehouse in another city.
With Quantium Solutions, the client was able to offer their loyal customers a positive eCommerce experience while keeping operational costs and business risks low. Additionally, the client was able to scale their eCommerce operations during peak periods or drive seasonal promotions easily and effectively.
